Jeremy Kohomban rejoined Save the Children's board in 2025, Jeremy is a member of the Audit and People & Culture Committees. He is also a member of the Head Start and SCAN (Save the Children Action Network) Board as well as being the appointed Child Safeguarding Trustee.

Steven Wolfe Pereira is the CEO of Encantos, a global creator platform connecting storyteachers with kids. He joined the Save the Children Board in 2022. He is a member of the Marketing and Program Impact Committees. He is also a member of the Board of Head Start and he serves as Chair of the Head Start Audit Committee.

Korynne Wright is a community volunteer and civic leader focused on improving children and young adults' lives through education. Korynne is also currently working on Save the Children’s Eastern Washington project to bring family home visits and early child education programs to the most rural underserved communities in the lower Yakima valley. She joined the Board in 2022 and is a member of the Development Committee and the Head Start Board.

Samantha Vinograd is the Assistant Secretary for Counterterrorism and Threat Prevention at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.. Samantha joined the Board in 2022 and is a member of the Marketing Committee.

Judy Heumann was a lifelong advocate for the rights of disabled people. Judy joined the Board in 2022 and served on the Program Impact Committee.

Thomas S. Murphy served as Chairman of Save the Children’s Board of Trustees from 1998-2005 and was a member of the Board from 2007-2013. In 2013 he was named Chair Emeritus of the Board.

Dona D. Young retired as Chairman, President of CEO of the Phoenix Companies after nearly 30 years and was elected to the Board in 2012. She serves on the Audit & Risk and Development Committees and is a member of the SCI/A Board.

In 1993, Judy Smith founded Smith & Company, a strategic advisory firm. She has brought her unique combination of communication skills, media savvy, legal and political acumen to clients facing a wide array of issues and challenges throughout the United States and abroad. Judy joined the Board in 2021 and is a member of the Marketing Committee.

Danita Ostling is a partner and the Professional Practice Director for Ernst & Young's US-East Region. She was appointed to the Board of Trustees of Save the Children US in February 2020. Danita currently serves on the Audit and Risk Committee. She also serves as a Board Member of Save the Children Action Network (SCAN) in addition to other community and philanthropic activities.

Joe Roth has sold more movie tickets than anyone in the world over the past 30 years, whether as an executive producer, producer, director or studio head. He joined the Save the Children Board in February 2018 and serves on the Development Committee.

Anne Mulcahy was Chairman and CEO of Xerox Corporation until she retired in July 2009. She currently serves on the Board for Save the Children. Anne is a member of the Executive, Nominations & Governance, Marketing and Finance Committees.

Margaret (Peg) McGetrick was a Founding Partner of Liberty Square Asset Management and she joined the Save the Children Board in 2017. Peg serves on the Executive and Audit and Risk Committees. She Chairs the Finance Committee and is a member of the Investment Subcommittee. In 2019, Peg joined the Board of Save the Children International and is on the Finance Committee and chairs the Audit and Risk Committee.

Joe Mandato is a Senior Advisor to Mainsail and its portfolio companies. He currently serves on the boards of Embrace Global and Save the Children. Joe rejoined the Save the Children US board in 2017 having served previously, and is a member of the Program Impact and Nominations & Governance Committees as well as member of the Board of Head Start.

Ernie Herrman is Chief Executive Officer and President of TJX. He served on the Board from 2014 to 2020 and rejoined in 2021. Ernie is a member of the Finance and Program Impact Committees.

Award-winning actress Jennifer Garner has enjoyed a successful career at the top of her field in both film and television, and has also taken on the role of philanthropist and entrepreneur. Jennifer joined the Board in 2014 and is a member of the Program Impact and Marketing Committees.

Susan Gianinno joined the Board in 2020 and serves as Chair of the Marketing Committee and is a member of the Executive, Development, and Nomination & Governance Committees.

Debra has been Vice Chair of Save the Children’s Board of Trustees since 2017 and served as Interim Co-Chair during 2018. She serves as a member of the Executive and Finance Committees and the Investment Subcommittee. She is also Vice Chair of the Board of Save the Children International.

Corinne Basler joined the Board in February 2021 and serves on the Executive and Marketing Committees and is Chair of the Development Committee.

Jay Collins is Vice Chairman of Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory (BCMA) at Citigroup and is the firm’s senior banker for governments and is also co-chairman of BCMA’s Sustainable Banking Committee. He joined the Board in 2020 and serves on the People and Culture and Program Impact Committees.

Irv Bailey joined the Board in 2017 and serves as Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee as well as sitting on the Executive Committee and the Investment Subcommittee.
