Margaret (Peg) McGetrick

Peg McGetrick was a Founding Partner of Liberty Square Asset Management, a fund manager focusing on non-U.S. equities. 

Previously, she was a Partner leading the International Equity division at Grantham, Mayo, Van Otterloo & Co. (GMO). She began her investment career as an analyst for The Commonfund for International Investments.

Peg is the former CEO and currently a member of the board for GMO. She also served on the Investment Committee of Partners Healthcare System, and has served on the boards of Providence College, The Wheeler School, Our Sister’s School and Dartmouth YMCA.

She has a bachelor’s degree from Providence College and a master’s from Fairfield University.

Peg joined the Save the Children Board in 2017 and serves on the Executive and Audit and Risk Committees. She Chairs the Finance Committee and is a member of the Investment Subcommittee. In 2019, she joined the Board of Save the Children International and is on the Finance Committee and chairs the Audit and Risk Committee.
