Compensation & Benefits

We’re proud to offer competitive compensation and benefits packages to our incredible employees that puts your well-being first. We value full transparency, fairness and equity – and we’re committed to closing gender and race pay gaps if they should occur. In fact, Save the Children U.S. is ahead of the national indicators on fair pay.

Our full compensation ranges for Save the Children US and Save the Children Action Network salary ranges and benefits are available here. You’ll find that our ranges that align with where the work will primarily be done. Each job description will indicate if the work location must be in our office as part of our hybrid work policy (at least two days in the office a week, once Save the Children US determines it safe to do so), or if the work can be performed remotely on a full-time basis. If selected to move forward in our hiring process, your Talent Attraction and Acquisition Specialist will walk through your salary expectations with you and how that relates to our pay ranges.

(Our Save the Children Head Start compensation ranges will be communicated by the Human Resources staff in each location.)

To reward our incredibly dedicated team, Save the Children offers benefits that are far beyond what you might expect! Take a look at our complete benefits guides for our U.S., Save the Children Action Network (SCAN), International, and Head Start employees.
