Pamela Stewart
Pam Stewart is a purpose-driven and impact-focused leader with a track record of delivering sustainable growth and developing inclusive corporate cultures. She has held various key leadership roles across Coca-Cola, in areas of global, national and regional sales; operations; finance; and general management. Through a strategic focus and people-first leadership approach, Pam consistently delivers sustainable results. She has been recognized domestically and globally for her influence across a broad swath of industry and community organizations.
In her most recent role, as President, West Operations, North America, at Coca-Cola, she is responsible for leading operations, including customer partnerships, franchise leadership and all routes to market for a territory comprised of 81 million consumers, 600+ customers and over 20 bottlers. The West geography officially includes all states west of the Dakotas and Texas.
Prior to this, she oversaw large divisions for Coca-Cola Refreshments and served as Chief of Staff to the President & Chief Executive Officer for Coca-Cola Refreshments. She also held various positions in business development and finance, after starting with Coca-Cola in 2000 as a financial analyst.
Earlier in her career, Pam served as a global financial analyst with SITA, a multinational information technology company providing IT and telecommunications services to the air transport industry.
Pam has received multiple awards and honors for her work. She received the coveted 2022 Phoenix Award, bestowed by the Mayor of Atlanta, and was named the 2021 Global Top African American in Business by National Diversity Council. She was listed in the 2020 The Global Diversity List – Senior Executives and in GO national magazine’s Top 100 Women We Love in 2018. Pam is also the recipient of a P.U.R.E. Humanitarian Award and listed in the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 40 Under 40.
She joined the Save the Children Board in 2023 and is a member of the People and Culture Committee.
