A 7.7-Magnitude Earthquake has Hit Myanmar

Following the most powerful earthquake to strike Myanmar in over a century, children in Myanmar and Thailand urgently need safe places to sleep, food, water, health care and education, as well as protection. Our teams are moving quickly, but it's crucial that we act now to provide support to the thousands of people in need.

Your donation to the Children's Emergency Fund enables us to respond to crises around the world. Please donate today.

We have been supporting children for over 100 years and we won't stop now.

Save the Children saves lives and is cost effective.  85% of every dollar donated goes straight to our mission.

  • Around the world, we provide newborn health services, malnutrition screening and treatment, and help prevent disease.

  • When disasters strike, Save the Children responds to the unique needs of children to ensure their survival.

  • We have a long-standing partnership with the U.S. Government, which includes actively working with several Administrations to ensure that children are given the best start in life.

With your support, we can continue our work to keep children in the U.S. and around the world healthy, educated and safe.
